The Strategic Business Advisor (SBA) is a strategic human resource (HR), finance, or facilities partner for an assigned business unit(s). The SBA is a value-added partner, delivering effective service to the business unit with priorities driven by unit requests and requirements. The SBA provides support to and works with unit leaders to develop and implement solutions that achieve the unit’s priorities and outcomes.
