If you are unable to renew your item online, it may be because it has been recalled or because you have already renewed the item twice.
On the My Library Account Checkouts tab, you will be able to see whether you are eligible to renew your item or not. If the "Renew" button is greyed out, you have reached your maximum renewals. If you would like to renew an item that you have already renewed twice, please visit the Library Services desk in any of our library locations.
If your item has been recalled (“Requested for Pickup”) by another user, you will not be able to renew that item, and you will need to return it to the library by the original due date or seven days from the recall date, whichever is soonest.
