You must set your PIN before you can complete assessment forms for residents at the point of encounter.
Step-by-step
- Login to Elentra (https://elentra.usask.ca/profile)
- Click on the user icon (
) in the top right - Click on My Profile.
4. Click on the Account Information tab.
5. If your pin has been set click Reset my PIN.
6. Enter in a 4-6 digit number to be your PIN.
7. Click Save Profile when you are done.
