Support hours are between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Critical Classroom Support
Use for technical issues encountered while teaching a class, regardless if you are teaching from a remote location or in a classroom on campus. This includes Zoom related issues that impact the teaching experience. The Dental Clinic is also permitted to use this line to report urgent issues when patients may be impacted.
IT Support Services monitors this number between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
