IT Support Services provides all faculty, staff, researchers, and students with access to advice, help, and support so that they can access and effectively use IT services and resources. We serve as the primary point of contact for most of the university community seeking resolution and assistance with supported university systems and applications (e.g. accounts, course tools, video conferencing).

Support hours are between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.

Critical Classroom Support


Use for technical issues encountered while teaching a class, regardless if you are teaching from a remote location or in a classroom on campus. This includes Zoom related issues that impact the teaching experience. The Dental Clinic is also permitted to use this line to report urgent issues when patients may be impacted.

IT Support Services monitors this number between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
