Based on the submission date of your Honorarium or Service Income Requisition eForm, your payment request will be reviewed for payment to be issued on the upcoming semi-monthly pay date if all required information is received.

Bulk Submissions - deadline one week prior to cut off date
Effective May 1, 2023 - Bulk submissions must be submitted one week before the cutoff date.
A bulk submission is recommended in lieu of repeatedly completing the portal eForms when your request contains 10 or more requests to be processed by our agents. NOTE: this process can only be used if you have paid the individuals in the past, bulk uploads cannot be used for new service providers.
