T4 and T4A's are issued each year no later than the last day of February. They are available via PAWs > Employment Resources > Pay and Time Reporting >Tax Information

NOTE: Your current year T4/T4A may not be immediately available on your CRA My Account as the CRA has a high volume of submissions in February; therefore, there may be a delay in viewing it on your CRA account.

For the 2020 and 2021 tax year employees who worked remotely do not require a T2200 or T2200S if choosing to file using the temporary flat rate method. The flat rate method also does not require employees to track expenses. Guidance on claiming work from home expenses is available from CRA.
