title	New Users switching from UGME Student to PGME Student Role

Some past undergrad MD students may find when first accessing Elentra they appear as a UGME Student role and are unable to use Elentra for residency activities. In In most cases residents in that situation should be able to use the organization switcher Organization Switcher to change to their PGME persona in the system using the Organization SwitcherElentra.

To change your organization Organization in Elentra please do complete the following steps:

Click on the building icon Image Removed Image Added in the top right hand cornerImage Modified
Select your role in the organization Organization that you wish to use.

i.e. if you are assessing a PGME resident's EPA please ensure you are in the PGME organization.
