From the top right menu bar, verify that you are in the Compliance Specialist role. If correct, proceed to step 4.--

To change roles, click the drop-down arrow beside your role and click Switch Role. Click the Compliance Specialistrole in the drop-down menu and then wait until the page reloads.

It takes a few moments for the role to load.
On the left navigation menu, click Compliance and then click Compliance Projects.
Click the Filter icon in the toolbar. The search parameters in the filter from left to right are location, field, condition and criteria. In this example, the location parameter defaults to Compliance Project.
In the location parameter, selectLocationsfrom the drop-down list.
In the field parameter, select _short_description from the drop-down list.
Type the desired location in the criteria parameter (e.g., V.I.D.O).
If desired, add other search parameters using the + button, such as the type of permit (e.g., Level 2) or workflow status (e.g., active).

Below is an example of how to search for a biosafety permit by location, type of permit and workflow status.

Click Apply. The list displays results based on your search parameters.

If the desired permit is NOT listed, modify the contents in the criteria parameter and click Apply to update your query.

Click the Report icon in the toolbar.
Click Report for all listed items. The default format option is PDF.
Click Compliance Projects - Biosafety Training or Compliance Projects - Radiation Safety Training in the list. Wait until the desired report highlights in grey.
Click Create report. It may take several minutes to generate.
Depending on your internet browser, a prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen when the report has been generated. Click on the document icon or click open to view the report.
