Outlook Web Access (i.e. the online version of Outlook available through PAWS and Office.com) offers a live view your email account; all emails visible are current and pulled directly from After a password change in MyProfile, there is a rare chance that the password is not synchronized to Microsoft's servers . As a result, most problems are the product of issues related to password synchronizationproperly. This causes an inability to log into Outlook Web Access.

  1. Close any open web browsers.

  3. Open a new web browser window.
  4. Log into your Outlook Web Access account.
