There are two ways to delete a CV entry in UnivRS: 1) from the list page; and 2) from within a record. This article provides instructions on how to delete a publication using both optionsare provided below.
From the top right menu bar, verify that you are in the Researcher or Unit Administrator role. If correct, proceed to step 4.
If you need to change your role, click the drop-down arrow beside your current role and click Switch Role. Click the Researcher or Unit Administrator role in the drop-down menu.
Note
It takes a few moments for the role to load.
From the left navigation menu, click Publications and then click Publications in the sub-menu.

CV records can also be found under the following sections on the left navigation bar: Artistic Work, CV Activities, Intellectual Property and Projects (Pre-1998 or before USask employment).
Find the publication you wish to delete. A filter can quickly locate the record.

In the list of entries, find the publication you wish to delete. A filter can quickly locate the record.
Click Save & Update Status at the bottom of the screen.
In the pop-up window, click Discardedand then wait for that status to highlight in grey. Alternatively, click For Approval to continue reviewing the application or click Denied.
Click Done.
Once completed, you will be redirected back to the list of entries. The record is removed from your CV and is no longer visible in the list page.
