You can enable/disable Touch mode by following these instructions. This can be made in one application (Ex: Word, Excel) and will effect all other office programs

  1. Click on the Customize Quick Access Toolbar icon, and click Touch/Mouse Mode

  2. This will add the following icon to the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the application
