If you are working in Canvas, make sure that you have provisioned your Canvas course into Panopto. See the video below for how to do that:

Go to academicvideo.usask.ca
Click Browse, then the black arrow beside Canvas (or Blackboard) to reveal all your course folders for that Learning Managements System (LMS).
Click on the course folder that contains the files you wish to move.
Click on the checkbox in the upper left of each video thumbnail for each video you want to copy
From the button bar at the top of the list click Copy
Start typing the name of the course you want to copy to.
Select the appropriate course from the list, then click the Copy button
Now a copy of the videos has been placed in the new course folder.
Warning
Editing a copied video only makes changes to the copy you are editing. ALL OTHER COPIES REMAIN UNEDITED. If you need to edit a video, we recommend editing BEFORE copying into other courses.
