1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
   
   
   
3. Click New...
4. Enter the Email Address of the account in in the format abc123@usaskof NSID@usask.ca of the funtional account or the email alias of the account you want to add.
5. Click Advanced setup and select the Let me set up my account manually checkbox then click Connect.
   
6. Click Office 365
   
   

7. In most cases access to a functional or role based account is delegated.  In this scenario you will need to select Sign in with another account. Enter your own username in the format of abc123@usask.ca.

   If the Sign in with another account option is not available, you can just replace the account with your nsid@usask.ca

   

   

8. Keep the default setting and click No, sign in to this app only.
   
   

9. Click ok, You will need to close and re-open outlook for the changes to take affect.

5. Enter the appropriate credentials if prompted:

   Tip

6. Click Finish.
   
7. Click OK.
   
8. Close and re-open Microsoft Outlook.

9. Enter the appropriate credentials if prompted:

   Tip
   If you have been delegated access, click More choices then Use a different account.  Enter your own username in the format of abc123@usask.ca.
