Instructions for people in the Edwards School of Business who wish to create a Bloomberg Terminal account in order to access the Edwards Bloomberg terminals on campus.

Panel

Open the Bloomberg app by double-clicking the icon on the desktop.
Note
The Bloomberg Terminals are located in Edwards Room 16. This icon will not be visible on computers outside of that room.
Wait for it to load.
Note
It may take a few minutes for the app to load
Select the desired language.
On the Bloomberg keyboard, press Enter.
Click Create a new login.
Select "Myself" and "No" (unless otherwise).
Click Next.
Fill out the required info indicated in the fields.
Warning
Please avoid using your U of S password, as this is a third-party service.
Click Next.
Select the verification type to authenticate yourself.
Once the verification is successful, type out the password.
Once you submit the password your account is created, and you can now log-in.
