Cause

Panel

The computer may be off or the input SSIRuintimeService is not being noticedrunning.


Step-by-step 

Panel

Securexam will show a prompt saying SSI service is not running.

  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
  2. Click "Task Manager"
  3. Ensure that you can see tabs on the task manager.
    1. If you can't press the arrow at the bottom that says "More Details"
  4. Click the "Services" tab
  5. Find a service called "SSIRuntimeService"
  6. Press right click on it and click "Run"
  7. It will now run the service.
  8. Open Securexam and it should now boot.
