Service Manager

The service manager oversees day-to-day operation of CVMS. Contact the service manager for questions about the service or to escalate problems that are not been addressed adequately by the technical support team.

Service Owner

The service owner is responsible for the planning and operation of the CVMS service. Contact the service owner for questions about availability of CVMS to units on campus, or to escalate problems that are not been addressed adequately by the service manager.
