The MESHr package can be used for reading MESH outputs and generating simple plots in the R language; the package is available here.Additionally, a number of R-scripts have also been developed for stream flow visualization. The scripts read the MESH_output_streamflow.csv file, produce plots of observed and simulated stream flows, and provide estimates of model efficiency index. The R scripts will need editing for your specific study and you also need to install the freely available R Software.

1. Simple r-script

2. R-script to plot only parts of the stream flow. This is useful when one wants to omit some periods of the stream flow data (with small values) in the plot.

3. Plotting a hydrograph by reading a CSV file

4. R Shiny App for plotting, zooming and printing MESH CSV Output
